Los Angeles Police Department Foothill Division Captain Joseph Hiltner talks to the media about a suspect that attempted to shoot a 9-year-old girl playing in her backyard in the 7800 block of Troost Avenue on July 27. The male hispanic suspect was driving a black sedan when he looked at the girl and fired four to six rounds at her nearly hitting her.
