Tinajero was arrested by Los Angeles Police sexual assault unit detectives for unlawful sex with a minor. Tinajero was volunteering at Shepherd of the Hills Church in Porter Ranch when he began an ongoing sexual relationship with a 15-year-old female where the victim was a member.
